Price List for Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, & Other Services
John M. Bacso Muscle Therapy Inc. offers a range of services at reasonable prices. Patients pay up front during their visit and then submit to the insurance company information regarding their appointment to receive reimbursement. Below are the general prices for our therapy services:

Initial Visit - $115.00
Subsequent Visits - $90.00
Massage Only (20-30 min) - $90.00

Important for Premium Assistance Patients
To our premium assistance patients, MSP will cover 10 visits in total to supplementary health care providers (e.g. massage therapists and acupuncturists). We have to charge the full amount of our visits, but we will provide you with a MSP billing card, which you can submit to MSP to collect back $23.00 of the cost of the visit.
